BizX 2025 Business Expo and Conference – VIP Ticket
You are invited to an exciting mega networking bash! Join us on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 for BizX 2025 Business Expo and Conference! We expect over 400 guests and vendors, all entrepreneurs and small business owners looking to meet you and many others to do business together!
This event starts out with registration at 9:00am, followed by a continental breakfast buffet and networking until 10:30am, then an introductory presentation by our President, Tammy Defoe, Platinum and Gold Sponsor introductions, then 3 amazing featured Speakers who are experts at helping business owners like you, grow their businesses. Speakers will be posted soon.
After the Speakers will be the tradeshow from 12-3:50pm, followed by draws and awards for door prizes, map contest and BEST EXHIBITOR BOOTH until 4:30pm.
CONTESTS & DRAWS: Each time you visit an exhibitor, and exchange business cards, they will put a sticker on your event map. At the end of the day (4:00-4:30pm), we will announce map contest winners as well as door prize winners and the best exhibitor booth winners. You will also get to vote in the best exhibitor booth contest. *Note, you have to bring business cards to be entered into the door prize draw and map contest.

- 11:00-11:20am: Guest Speaker 1
- 11:20-11:40am: Guest Speaker 2
- 11:40-12:00pm: Guest Speaker 3
- 12:15-3:50pm: Tradeshow
- 1:00-2:00pm: Lunch – Meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options for VIPs and Tradeshow ticket holders
- 4:00-4:30pm: Draw and awards given for door prizes, map contest and BEST EXHIBITOR BOOTH

I attended a Gtapreneurs Networking event this week and it awesome. Tammy Defoe was the organizer and it featured a guest speaker and various businesses highlighting their businesses at exhibits. We all got to do some networking and I met some great people I am connecting too.. Tammy poured her heart into this and it showed.
