d. If you do all of the above, they will want to get more from you and/or refer you to others.
*Less than 30 seconds = Not enough information
*More than 60 seconds = Too much information, listener doesn’t want to listen to more – They want to start talking or leave the situation – You can come off as annoying, uncaring/inconsiderate, to be avoided.
